Elevating Real Estate Law in South Florida

The Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council (BAREC) is a professional association dedicated to attorneys and legal professionals actively engaged in real estate law throughout Broward County and the greater South Florida region.

Founded to bridge the gap between legal practice and the dynamic South Florida real estate market, BAREC provides a trusted forum for attorneys to connect with peers, stay current on legislative changes, and grow their practice through meaningful referral relationships.

Our members include solo practitioners, boutique real estate firms, and attorneys at large regional firms — all united by a commitment to excellence and professional growth in real estate law.
